PSD Research & Program Support – ICT Sector Intern
1. Assist Industry Advisor with the administration of all ICT sector activities, including, but
no limited to Cyber Security Capacity Building Activity, Information Technology
Upgrading Activity, Project Management Training and Certification Program.
2. Prepare the necessary research in support of activities dedicated to promotion of exports
of IT services (outsourcing) and IT industry branding in Germany and EU markets
3. Assist Industry Advisor with planning and preparation of meetings, visits and interviews
in support of all ICT sector activities
4. Perform maintenance of the IT sector Training Voucher schemes and communication
with service providers, candidates and other stakeholders
5. Provide administrative assistance to a local project management association that the
Project is supporting, based on the instructions and guidance from the Industry Advisor
6. Regularly update and maintain the IT sector company database and distribution lists
Timing: The intern should start no later than June 14, 2010.
Intern – PSD Research & Program Support: - 3 to 6 months

| Услови праксе |
- Preferably a graduate student or recent graduate of Information Technology or IT-related discipline or possessing a strong interest and familiarity with IT
- Strong English language skills, including written and oral communications
- Unquestionable honesty and integrity in all matters
- A positive, friendly, professional, can-do attitude and appearance in serving as a representative of the project
- A forward-thinking and pro-active approach to working; always looking to stay ahead of the game; ability to work with minimal supervision
- Maturity in all interactions with colleagues within the office, as well as contacts outside the office
Familiarity with at least one of the following:
- Information Systems Security concepts and certifications (e.g. ISO 27001)
- ERP and CRM systems
- Project management methodologies (such as PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA)
- IT Outsourcing trends and strategies
Familiarity (at least broadly) with global and local IT trends, market players and competitive environment in Serbia
